Dear Mike Popke,
Mike, even after buying several Hondas from you over the past two decades,
and having them all serviced by you, my wife Liz and I continue to be amazed
and impressed as we "experience the difference" at Lynnwood Honda.
This month we bought a new 2009 Accord for Liz, and it was an utterly
painless interaction. God just doesn't make a better salesperson than Robin
Hanson who also sold me a new 2009 Accord last December. She doesn't know
the word "pressure." Her outstanding product knowledge, personal concern
and efficient manner assured us that we were doing the right thing.
With a big assist from Rob in Sales' catbird seat and Christi in F&I and
Merle in Service, Liz is loving her new wheels. However, I must say it was
not easy to pry her out of her red 1995 Accord which we bought new from you.
She's enjoyed all 50,000 miles that she's put on it in fourteen years!
You promise "fairness, honesty and courtesy," Mike, and to a person, you
deliver that and more.
Please let these folks know again how much we appreciate them and respect
the way they care for us. You and Wendy and your team are peerless.
